Custom artwork is offered as a voluntary thank-you gift in recognition of charitable donations. All donations are made in support of The Boselli Foundation. Custom artwork provided in connection with a donation is hand-painted, unique, and made specifically for the donor. Because of the personalized nature of each piece, once the painting process has begun, cancellations, refunds, or major design changes are not permitted. Minor adjustments may be discussed during the initial sketch phase; however, once final approval is given and painting has started, the concept cannot be changed.
Estimated completion time for custom artwork is approximately 4–10 weeks from the date final details are confirmed. This timeframe reflects the time required to thoughtfully design, create, and finish each hand-painted piece. While I make every effort to complete artwork within this estimated window, timelines are approximate and may vary due to artistic process, supply availability, academic obligations, or unforeseen circumstances. If delays arise, I will communicate them as promptly as possible.
Once the artwork is completed, it will be picked up at Silverleaf Amenity Center or shipped. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the buyer must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. If artwork is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, please contact me within 7 days so that I can review the situation and determine an appropriate next step. Shipping fees will be extra. If artwork arrives damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage so the issue can be assessed.
Commissioned artwork may not be reproduced or resold for commercial use without consent.
